- You have a full 60 days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you'd like to make a return for an exchange or refund. Just contact us by email within that time period.
- (If we make some type of error with your order and shipped you a wrong item, please contact us immediately (and within 3 business days of delivery at latest), so that we can correct the problem right away).
- If purchasing a baton or flag shaft, please leave it in it's sealed plastic sleeve packaging and do not remove the hang tag until the twirler can hold the baton along an extended arm and check the length. The student can try a few basic twirls and get the "feel" of the baton length while the baton is still in the sealed plastic sleeve. If participating in a class or lessons, it's a good idea to have the coach or teacher check the baton length before removing it from the factory packaging.
- Batons and flag shafts with sealed plastic sleeves that have been opened may not be returned; we can also not accept batons with cardboard hang tags that have been opened.
- Fabric products that have been used, or exposed to smoke, pets, or odors may not be returned.
- All returns must be arranged in advance. Please email us to receive Return Instructions, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and the specific shipping center address for your item. Returned items that do not include a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
- Once return is received, please allow 2 business days processing for exchanges and 5 business days processing for refunds.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on items sent out in exchange are customer's responsibility.
- Parcels returned to us as Undeliverable or Refused incur a $3 handling fee.
- Purchases that are returned that do not meet the terms of the Returns Policy, can be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. Otherwise the items may be donated to local charity, or partial refunds (less a 25% Restocking Fee) may be processed, at our discretion.
