Shipping Policies

• We are known for our speedy shipping!  Most of our items ship the next business day after your payment is received.
• Standard Shipping delivery time is estimated 4-7 business days once order ships.
• Need it faster?  We offer Expedited (estimated 2-3 business days delivery time) and 2 Day (guaranteed 2 business days delivery time) options.
• For these select items, please allow 2 business days production time before shipping: Angel batons, Heart batons, fire batons, fire baton cases, hoop batons, Samoan knives, fitness hula hoops.
• For these select items, please allow 1 business day production time before shipping: streamers and ribbons, streamer rods, flash hoops.
• Some products are not eligible for Expedited or 2 Day Shipping; you'll find those details on the product page.
• We package and ship professionally, safely, and securely.
• We will send you a Shipping Confirmation message when your order ships.
• We partner with UPS, USPS, and FedEx delivery services, in order to provide you with the quickest and most efficient service possible.  Your purchase may be delivered by any of these carriers, at our discretion.
• We partner with a variety of shipping centers located throughout the country.  Your particular order and your shipping address determine which center can get your purchase to you most quickly!
• Multiple item orders may arrive in separate parcels, and you will receive Shipping Confirmation information for each parcel.
• Delivery times in the month of December are sometimes slower, so please order with us in plenty of time, whenever possible.
• Please be sure to provide us a valid and correct shipping address.  Parcels returned to us as Undeliverable by the shipper incur a $3 handling fee

International Customers

• We are happy to ship worldwide!  Most of our items ship to most countries.
• Send us a message using Contact Us.  Tell us the specific items, lengths, quantities that you need, and we can provide a shipping quote and PayPal invoice for your order.

Shipping Rates

• We are pleased to offer competitive and affordable shipping rates.
• It's quick and easy to determine your shipping cost!  Just place your items in the Shopping Cart.  Then click Estimate Shipping & Tax, prior to checkout and prior to making any actual payment.  You will be shown the exact shipping costs and delivery time choices.  You can also then still add or remove items from your Cart.
• Deliveries to California are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
